Santiago has been practicing Ashtanga since the year 2001. He is a certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, trained by the Union Yoga Training UK and John Scott Yoga School.
Santiago established one of the city’s first dedicated Ashtanga schools in 2011.
He holds yearly teacher trainings since 2021 and is a Yoga Alliance 500 hour Teacher.
After transitioning from a career in the TV and film industry 20 years ago, Santiago found his passion for wellbeing, training in Ashtanga Yoga and body alignment techniques working as a Rolfer.
He studied at the International School of Structural Integration in São Paulo under the guidance of Nilce Silveira, mastering the Ida Rolf Method© of Structural Integration.
Santiago maintains his artistic roots through collaborative work with renowned Yoga teacher Andrew Eppler at the annual Mysore Yoga Conference, where his dual passions for film, photography, and yoga converge.
Kiki began her yoga studies in 1983 as a University student in theater and dance at New York University.
Living in Downtown New York as a young theater artist and dancer, she studied and then taught at Jivamukti Yoga. In 1993, she first studied AshtangaYoga with Pattabhi Jois at Jivamukti.
In 1995 she began the first of numerous visits to Mysore, India to study Ashtanga Yoga. Under the directive of her teacher Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, she pursued Sanskrit chanting and began her studies with Dr. M.A. Jayashree of Mysore in 1998.
Kiki has produced and recorded several Sanskrit chanting CDs with Dr. Jayashree and supported the growth of Jayashree’s Sanskrit institute and global teaching.
She continues her studies with Jayashree today. Kiki has taught Ashtanga yoga, Sanskrit chanting, and wellness workshops throughout the world.
She has also specialized in therapeutic yoga for communities with spinal cord injury and MS, as well as taught many creative artists including Oscar and Grammy award winners. In 1996 Kiki opened an Ashtanga Yoga school in Los Angeles where she taught a Mysore program for 10 years.

Having lived in seven different countries and speaking seven languages, Santiago’s diverse background shapes his approach to teaching and meeting people from different cultures.
